HISTORIC COTTAGE

Anything better than a combination of a historical Lebanese house with modern touches? That was the concept of this project in the heart of nature by demand of the client. A small historic cottage is located in Al Maydani, South Lebanon and made up of 2 levels summed up with area of 150 m2.

LOGIS EN PARADIS

The main concept of this house is to turn a land into something similar to paradise while maintaining the old historic house style by the demand of the client.Lebanese houses have always been the icon of the historic concept with its arches.Adding the water feature in harmony with greenery made it even special. Area of this house is 200m2 whereas area of the land is 1500m2 and located in South Lebanon.

HORIZON

The name of this building is derived from the contrast of the horizon colors, it’s the phenomenon where you clearly can observe the uniqueness. This building’s floor area is 210m2 which is located in Nabatiyeh, South Lebanon.Each floor divided into 3 apartments with different areas and arrangements to respond all the clients’ tastes and demands.

CHOCOLATE BOX

The idea of this building is as simple as it shows. The name of it is derived from the shapes that are observed clearly in the following pictures.

FLORAL STAIR

A majestic touch of flowers at the first sight in an entrance gives a look of pleasure and warmness. Signifying Simplicity and Beauty at the same time forming a welcoming ambiance.

GYM

This gym design is based on power and black color is one of things we depend on during our work. This building consists of Gym, Aerobics Class, Pool, Jacuzzi, and Spa, so it’s the perfect place to spend some time of relaxing. The area of this building is 1239 m2 – Located in Qatar.

HORIZON BEDROOM

Modern bedroom showing the luxurious life with special features while keeping the simplicity of the furnishing. Best comfortable atmosphere in the right place.

HORIZON MASTER BEDROOM

This master bedroom is a modern styled design but using classical color to give it a formal theme.

TAWAR MALL

Client demand was to invest unused space of the void and exploit for commercial use. Fast food corner was one of the choices that perfectly fit in this area. Tawar mall is located in Doha, Qatar. This project is collaborated with our client Vogue Qatar.
