This gym design is based on power and black color is one of things we depend on during our work. This building consists of Gym, Aerobics Class, Pool, Jacuzzi, and Spa, so it’s the perfect place to spend some time of relaxing. The area of this building is 1239 m2 – Located in Qatar.

PROPOSAL 1:White buildings recently have the most interest in architecture, so we couldn’t find better idea while designing our restaurant with consequence of the client demand by extreme simple design. Simple black touch is a must to   fulfill this restaurant and finalize the concept. We worked on 2 proposals concerning this building and names are as following: Sound levels and Random Strips. Area of this restaurant including Tables, VIP Areas, Buffet, Kitchen, Bathrooms and Staff is 2210 m2 Located in Qatar.

PROPOSAL 2:Maldives has been always the perfect place for a perfect vacation. Except for its weather, its different style and concept of architecture, so we suggest to move this theme to Qatar and work on it on our Restaurant named Maldives Ambiance.

This residential building consists of 3 floors each area is 180 m2, located in Habboush, Lebanon.

The idea of this building is as simple as it shows. The name of it is derived from the shapes that are observed clearly in the following pictures.

The name of this building is derived from the contrast of the horizon colors, it’s the phenomenon where you clearly can observe the uniqueness. This building’s floor area is 210m² which is located in Nabatiyeh, South Lebanon. Each floor divided into 3 apartments with different areas and arrangements to respond all the clients’ tastes and demands.

The main concept of this house is to turn a land into something similar to paradise while maintaining   the old historic house style by the demand of the client. Lebanese houses have always been the icon of the historic concept with its arches. Adding the water feature in harmony with greenery made it even special.  Area of this house is 200m² whereas area of the land is 1500 m² and located in South Lebanon.

Anything better than a combination of a historical Lebanese house with modern touches? That was the concept of this project in the heart of nature by demand of the client. A small historic cottage is located in Al Maydani, South Lebanon and made up of 2 levels summed up with area of 150 m².
